The price includes pickup from your address in Istanbul depending on location (often free), air freight, customs-clearance procedures and door-to-door delivery. It does not include duties or taxes that the destination customs may charge on personal shipments, nor packing. Chargeable weight is the greater of actual and volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 5000), rounded to the nearest 0.5 kg up to 20 kg.
Because a small parcel carries fixed costs (pickup, handling, clearance) that do not scale with weight. Our table starts with a per-parcel price up to 20 kg and then moves to per-kilo pricing. Any company quoting only "per kilo" — ask from what weight, and what it includes.
Commercial goods (wholesale clothing, cosmetics, supplements, honey) are quoted per shipment as "cleared and delivered": air freight, clearance procedures, destination tax and delivery. Send the goods type and quantity for a quote.
