We ship by air from Istanbul to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, and deliver to the door in every city.

Do you handle customs clearance to Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait?
Yes. To Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait we handle customs clearance and the paperwork: you hand over the goods in Türkiye and they arrive cleared at the recipient's door, including cosmetics, supplements and honey, which our team prices individually. For personal shipments, destination duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
How long does delivery take?
Personal shipments: usually 2–5 days from the actual flight departure to the recipient's door (Saudi Arabia usually 2–4); it can be longer depending on destination procedures. Customs-cleared commercial cargo to Saudi Arabia: usually 4–10 days from receipt at our warehouse. We usually fly 3 times a week: Monday or Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
How much does it cost to ship excess baggage from Istanbul?
From $3.90 per kg to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, and $3.40 per kg to the UAE, for 50 kg and above; parcels start at $12.5 for 0.5 kg. Prices include air freight, customs clearance and door delivery. The full table is at basma.global/prices.
Do you have warehouses in the Gulf?
Yes. Our warehouses are in Dubai (Umm Ramool and Al Qusais), Jeddah, Dammam and Kuwait City, and we run fulfillment warehouses with our partner SMSA in Riyadh, Dubai and Kuwait.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes. For online stores we deliver orders in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait, collect cash on delivery and remit it to the store. For personal shipments, COD is available across the Gulf for a $5 collection fee plus the destination tax on the collected amount.
Do you pick up from my address in Istanbul?
Pickup from your address is free above a weight or parcel threshold that our team confirms; otherwise you can drop off at our office or book a paid pickup. From other Turkish cities, send your parcels to us with MNG Kargo or Aras Kargo using BASMA's discount code.
