We collect from every district of Istanbul (hotels, customers, suppliers). Our team assesses the pickup fee by location and quantity — it can be free depending on the order — or you can drop off at our office; we tell you before you confirm.

We collect from your address or hotel in Istanbul depending on the area. The team confirms whether pickup is possible, its time and its fee by location and quantity before confirming the order; it can be free depending on the order, or you can drop off at our office.
Estimated delivery time is usually 2–5 days from the shipment's flight departure to your address; it can be longer depending on destination procedures. The time is an estimate.

If the shipment is already packed, we check the packing at pickup and explain any reinforcement or special packing needed, and its cost, before doing it.
No. Customs duties and taxes in the destination country are not part of the price and are subject to each country's customs regulations.
Send us a photo or description of your shipment's contents and its destination, and we tell you what is allowed and what needs a document or approval — before pickup, not after. Our shipment-acceptance policy: we do not accept any battery in our air freight, separate or inside a device (including phones and any device containing a battery). Some items, such as perfumes and liquids, have special conditions depending on the destination.
