Short answer: with BASMA Global — an Istanbul air-freight company shipping to the Gulf since 2014 — personal shipments (parcels and luggage) usually take 2–4 days to Saudi Arabia and 2–5 days to the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain, counted from actual flight departure to your address, not from pickup. Customs-cleared commercial cargo to Saudi Arabia usually takes 4–10 days from receipt of the goods at our Istanbul warehouse; to the UAE and Kuwait the time is set in the quote per shipment. We usually fly three times a week. Shipping is by air only, and durations are estimates, not guarantees.

Durations are estimates and can be longer depending on destination procedures. There is no difference in time or price between the capital and other cities of the same country; delivery is to the recipient's address in every city. Published personal prices: 1 kg $8.99 · 10 kg $57.3 to Saudi Arabia, $56.3 to the UAE, $58.3 to Kuwait · $3.90/kg from 50 kg ($3.40 to the UAE) — full table.
Between pickup and departure the shipment is weighed, packed and consolidated on the nearest flight; we usually fly three times a week (Monday or Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday). The time that matters to you is from departure to the door, and that is what we publish; we tell you the departure date when the shipment is booked. When comparing companies, always ask: "3 days" from which moment, and is it an estimate?
A cleared commercial shipment goes through product and document review (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin where needed, and whatever a regulated category such as cosmetics, supplements or honey may require) and then through the clearance procedures in the destination country, so its time is counted from receipt at our warehouse, not from departure. To Saudi Arabia — a main market for us, with more than 10 tonnes a week by air — the usual range is 4–10 days; to the UAE and Kuwait we set the time in the written quote per shipment according to the goods and the clearance requirements. Large quantities by the tonne are flown in batches on an agreed schedule, and we tell you the departure and arrival of each batch.
We inform you at pickup, at departure with the flight date, and at delivery, and send you the waybill number. If the usual time has passed and your shipment has not arrived, message us on WhatsApp with the shipment number; we check its status with the delivery partner and reply with the updated date — tracking page.

No. Durations are estimates; the procedures take place before the official authority of the destination country under its regulations, and the time can be longer because of a customs inspection or public holidays. What we commit to: telling you the departure date, a waybill number, and following the shipment until delivery.
For personal shipments from actual flight departure — not from the pickup day, and waiting before departure is not included. For cleared commercial cargo from receipt of the goods at our Istanbul warehouse until delivery. Ask any company the same question before comparing figures.
