BASMA Global ships by air from Istanbul to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and every emirate — customs cleared and delivered to the door. We handle the clearance procedures and paperwork; you hand over the goods in Türkiye and receive them cleared at the recipient's address. In Dubai we operate two warehouses (Umm Ramool and Al Qusais) and a fulfillment warehouse with our partner SMSA, so stores selling in the UAE can store goods, prepare orders, deliver and collect cash on delivery.
Under our shipment-acceptance policy, batteries are not accepted in air freight — separate or inside a device, including phones.

We review the requirements of your destination emirate with you before shipping and carry out the clearance procedures and paperwork on your behalf. For personal shipments, destination duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.

Prices include air freight, customs clearance and delivery to the recipient's door. They do not include destination duties and taxes (payable by the recipient on personal shipments) or packaging. Two separate services: (1) we collect the product price from your customer and remit it to you — the collection fee is $5 when the collected amount is under $200 and 5% when it is $200 or more, separate from freight, transfer fees, taxes and duties; (2) the recipient pays the shipping charge on delivery, with its terms stated in the quote.

Yes, we come to your address. Tell us the location and time and we collect from you. The pickup fee depends on location and quantity and can be free.
Personal shipments: usually 2–5 days from the flight departure to your address; it can be longer depending on destination procedures. For commercial cargo our team gives a time estimate per shipment.
