Personal shipments (luggage and parcels): we need a description of the contents, the recipient's full name, address and mobile number, and any documents you have; our team confirms what is needed — if anything — before pickup.
Customs-cleared commercial cargo: we prepare the documents for most products and confirm the requirements and price after reviewing the goods and the documents available. The usual documents are the commercial invoice, the packing list and, when needed, a certificate of origin; some products need approval from a competent authority depending on the product type — we tell you after reviewing it. What we need from you: the invoices or documents you have from the supplier.
Customs procedures in Kuwait are handled by the General Administration of Customs (customs.gov.kw), which publishes the customs regulations, circulars and instructions. Like the other GCC states, Kuwait applies the GCC common customs law, which classifies goods as permitted, prohibited or restricted; restricted goods need approval from a competent authority before entry. We carry out the clearance procedures and paperwork on your behalf without bypassing any official procedure. For personal shipments, destination duties and taxes are paid by the recipient. The binding reference is what the official authority publishes at the time of your shipment.

Parcels up to 20 kg are priced per shipment (weight rounded up to the next half kilo); from 20 to 150 kg the per-kilo rate falls as the weight rises (weight rounded up to the next kilo). The chargeable weight is the greater of the actual and the volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000). Prices include air freight, customs clearance and delivery to the recipient's door. They do not include destination duties and taxes (payable by the recipient on personal shipments) or packaging. Two separate services: (1) we collect the product price from your customer and remit it to you — the collection fee is $5 when the collected amount is under $200 and 5% when it is $200 or more, separate from freight, transfer fees, taxes and duties; (2) the recipient pays the shipping charge on delivery, with its terms stated in the quote.
