BASMA Global ships by air from Istanbul to every city in Saudi Arabia — Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and the rest of the Kingdom — customs cleared and delivered to the door. We handle the clearance procedures and paperwork; you hand over the goods in Türkiye and receive them cleared at the recipient's address. We ship more than 10 tonnes a week by air to Saudi Arabia, and we have a wholesale warehouse in Jeddah, a new warehouse in Dammam and a fulfillment warehouse in Riyadh with our partner SMSA.
Under our shipment-acceptance policy, batteries are not accepted in air freight — separate or inside a device, including phones.

Customs procedures take place before the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) under its regulations. We carry out these procedures and the paperwork on your behalf without bypassing any official step. For personal shipments, destination duties and taxes are paid by the recipient. Saudi quotes for commercial cargo include the applicable tax.

Prices include air freight, customs clearance and delivery to the recipient's door. They do not include destination duties and taxes (payable by the recipient on personal shipments) or packaging. Two separate services: (1) we collect the product price from your customer and remit it to you — the collection fee is $5 when the collected amount is under $200 and 5% when it is $200 or more, separate from freight, transfer fees, taxes and duties; (2) the recipient pays the shipping charge on delivery, with its terms stated in the quote.

We pick up from your address in Istanbul. For other Turkish cities, contact our team to arrange delivery to our warehouse with a domestic carrier. Tell us the location and time — hotel, apartment or the supplier's shop — and we come to you. The pickup fee depends on location and quantity and can be free.
Personal shipments: usually 2–4 days from the actual flight departure to your address (waiting time before departure is not included); it can be longer depending on destination procedures. Customs-cleared commercial cargo: usually 4–10 days from receipt of the goods in our warehouse until delivery, depending on flights, holidays and clearance — an estimate, not a guarantee.

Basic packing is the sender's responsibility — the shipment reaches us packed. We check the packing on pickup; if it needs reinforcement or special packing we tell you, with the cost, before shipping. The cost depends on quantity, packing type and the goods.
Yes. We inform you at pickup and at departure, and keep you updated on the shipment status until delivery at the address. For personal shipments you get a shipment number to follow it with us on WhatsApp; for commercial cargo shipped in batches we tell you the batch departure and arrival dates.
