Personal quantities: gifts and purchases

Boxes of chocolate, baklava, lokum and nuts for your family or yourself ship as personal parcels and luggage at the published table, to the door, with the clearance procedures; destination duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient. Food products are subject to requirements that differ between countries and between personal and commercial quantities, so send a photo of the contents before pickup and we confirm what is needed. Our packing service is available and its cost is set before we proceed.

Commercial quantities: cleared and delivered to Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait

For shops, stores and distributors: we collect from your supplier or factory in Türkiye, fly the goods, handle the clearance procedures and deliver to your address. There is no automatic commercial price: a special quote that fits your volume once we know the product types, the quantity or weight and the number of shipments. To Saudi Arabia the agreed price includes freight, clearance, tax and delivery to the address, and transit is usually 4–10 days from receipt of the goods at our warehouse. For Qatar and Bahrain each case is studied individually.

What we need to review your goods:

  • A photo of the product and of the label.
  • Quantity or approximate weight, and number of cartons.
  • Country of origin and expiry date.
  • The invoice if available, and the supplier's details.
  • Destination city, and whether the shipment is for a store or your own use.

What we do not define in advance

We do not publish label, shelf-life or registration requirements per product here, because they differ between countries and change. What we commit to: we prepare the documents for most products, define the requirements and price after reviewing the goods and the available documents, and tell you before booking if your product needs a special approval. The binding reference is what the official authority in the destination country publishes at the time of your shipment.
